KCS TAKES OVER KIMRU SALESLOGIX

Director of KCS, Trevor Kensey, started working with CRM systems in 1998. Initially based in the United Kingdom, he started working for SalesLogix in 2000 and has since then been involved in over one hundred CRM projects. He has worked with a range of the most well known CRM software solutions including Act!, SalesLogix, Goldmine, Maximizer and Microsoft CRM. With this experience gained directly from the field, he has collected a wide range of technical and managerial skills, which he used as a starting point for KCS which opened in 2003.

Now located in South Africa, Trevor focuses on providing CRM and data integration solutions. In this capacity, KCS supplies customers with all components of CRM, hardware, software and services, making them a single point of contact. KCS has selected 'best of breed' solutions from their technology partners to ensure that their customers get the best products and value. All of the products sold are proven technologies, aimed at combining ease of use with useful functionality.

KCS has a range of solutions to cater for every size of business. Act! is used by over 2 million users worldwide being an entry level contact management solution aimed at smaller organizations. SalesLogix is an enterprise level CRM solution aimed at larger organizations and is used by 4500 companies worldwide.

KCS has since then become the first company to be a Scribe certified reseller in Africa, Scribe being a data integration tool kit which is used in conjunction with SalesLogix and Act!. By integrating data from other systems, the adoption of CRM is significantly higher.

KCS itself has gathered many programming skills and a great understanding within the following areas; Project Management, Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.NET, MS SQL Server, Java Script ASP as well as XML.
