PowerEntry version 6 is QGates newest addition, stemming from the highly acclaimed Account/Contact entry function. It has retained its powerful duplicate identification and management features, but also includes additional, notable user benefits which includes, the incorporation of QGate's new intelliSearch feature. This subsequently extends intelligent data matching into search functions within SalesLogix.

By entering only partial details of an account or contact into PowerEntry, intelliSearch will return possible matching records from those known elements within the database, resulting in data that is duplicate free and much more effective to manage. With intelliSearch, you are able to dynamically adjust the closeness of the match and refine the list of records that it returns. SalesLogix users are able to use intelliSearch to find accounts or contacts based on scarcely known details concerning names and locations.
