Act! for Palm OS®

ACT! for Palm OS 2006 enables access to contact and customer information from a Palm OS handheld device. ACT! for Palm OS delivers many of the benefits of the contact and customer management, such as a linked calendar and task list, the ability to go directly to a contact record from an scheduled appointment, and the ability to view interactions with a contact or a customer from the contact record. Users have the ability to access and update pre-defined fields as well as custom fields, notes and history, activities and calendar information, sales opportunities, and more.

Synchronization - Synchronizes data to the native ACT! application on your Palm to deliver all the benefits available in ACT!

Mapping - Maps up to 50 pre-defined ACT! fields by default, Maps up to 15 custom fields

Groups/Companies - Change and modify group and company membership, Perform a lookup based on group and/or company

Calander - Link directly to the contact record from the activities view in the daily calendar, Associate contacts with activities, Create contact history when an activity is cleared, Schedule activities using Custom Activity Types

Notes - Create notes and history that are shared among multiple contacts

Opportunities - Edit and add Opportunities on the device, View, sort, and filter with Opportunity List View to view opportunities in a consolidated list

Custom View - Utilize the read-only Custom Field View with a snapshot of 10 critical data fields
